EVS facilities play a vital role in the disaster recovery and business continuity planning of its customers. Triple redundant
copies of customer data are stored in geographically diverse and bunkered data center facilities providing the necessary
infrastructure to recover from all types of disasters.
The most recent full copy of a customer’s backup data is stored onsite using an EVS appliance for fast recovery. A second
full copy along with the contracted number of previous backups generations are maintained offsite in the EVS Primary
Operations Center (Memphis). A third full copy and previous backup generations are replicated real-time from the Primary
Operations Center to the out-of-region EVS Disaster Recovery Center (Dallas).
