Did You Know...
World Backup Day is March 31!
In fact, the World as a whole has created more information in the last two years than in the entirety of recorded history... think about what you'd lose if your data were gone forever.
World Backup Day is a day for people to learn about the increasing role data plays in our lives and the importance of regular backups. This initiative is focused on raising awareness about backups and data preservation. Click here to get the facts.
"We all know someone who has lost critical data, whether it was their videos, photos, music, reports, or personal stuff. Hopefully this day will make everyone think about their situation, learn about the various storage options and get their files backed up. I also hope that World Backup Data sparks conversation about the enormous task of saving our increasingly digital data for future generations."

Why Should I Backup?
Data is everywhere. We increasingly trust technology to look after all the important files, documents and data in our personal and work lives.
What is Backup?
Basically, it's making copies of all the important information that you have to ensure that it won't be lost or damaged. It's not as hard as it seems - in fact, we make it really simple.
You might think your computer, phone or tablet is pretty reliable, but in reality, it’s not. Everything (yes, everything) fails, and once it does, all the important information you’ve stored, can be destroyed. It’s not a question of if a piece of technology will fail – it’s when.
It’s important to be ready. That’s why World Backup Day was created – to show you how to prepare for the inevitable.
Remember, always have a backup of your backup!
